Returns & Refunds

At MHM Bamboo, we want you to love your little one's new clothing! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns under the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

To request a return, please contact us through our website within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item you'd like to return.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending it back. Approved returns must be mailed within 7 days of authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns due to sizing, preference, or a change of mind.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind:

  • Holiday-themed and seasonal merchandise

  • Items clearly marked Final Sale or Clearance

Final-sale restrictions do not apply to incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll work with you to make it right, including arranging an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

Because our inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges or replacement sizes. For eligible items, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
